Settings functionality and conditional load

First of all I should thank you for doing this one saved me alot of time :) The only thing I lacked was a way of being able to change settings and store them. This was easily modified to suite my needs. If you want I can send you the modified version of the code.

I am not sure what you are refering to. The program remembers settings and saves them into 'C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Windows Live Writer\WindowsLiveWriter.SourceCode.config' file. In the new version 2 the options dialog was further expanded. You can either specify options explicitely for your code or you can accept the default settings from your blog server. The plug-in newly allows you to specify a code font and size and the plug-in also saves the main window size and position. All these are saved into the above mentioned file.
